Position: Permanent Position (FIFO/Camp Provided)
Location: IOL Kearl, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off; 12-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
Enter and verify data in CDMS.
Complete daily LEMs as required.
Maintain hazardous waste data accuracy.
Complete and submit daily payroll entries.
Manage all employees’ flights and accommodations utilizing the client's system.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and billing documents.
Generate accurate monthly billings and invoices.
Create and follow up with billing reports and invoice preparations.
Compile clear monthly reports.
Identify process improvements.
Liaise with clients and internal teams.
Comply with all site related safety requirements and standards.
Other duties as assigned that fulfill the demands of the role.
What does Acden need from me?
Business/Office Administration Diploma or equivalent is required.
Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience with a concentration in accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.
A valid Class Five (5) Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with troubleshooting/problem solving skills is required.
Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills are required.
Excellent customer service skills are required.
Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is required.
What are the "nice to haves"?
CDMS experience is an asset
Knowledge of inventory management is an asset.
