Position: Permanent Position (FIFO/Camp Provided)

Location: IOL Kearl, Fort McMurray, Alberta

Work Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off; 12-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?

• Enter and verify data in CDMS.

• Complete daily LEMs as required.

• Maintain hazardous waste data accuracy.

• Complete and submit daily payroll entries.

• Manage all employees’ flights and accommodations utilizing the client's system.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and billing documents.

• Generate accurate monthly billings and invoices.

• Create and follow up with billing reports and invoice preparations.

• Compile clear monthly reports.

• Identify process improvements.

• Liaise with clients and internal teams.

• Comply with all site related safety requirements and standards.

• Other duties as assigned that fulfill the demands of the role.

What does Acden need from me? 

• Business/Office Administration Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience with a concentration in accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.

• A valid Class Five (5) Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with troubleshooting/problem solving skills is required.

• Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is required.

What are the "nice to haves"?

• CDMS experience is an asset

• Knowledge of inventory management is an asset.
