Position/Term: Permanent/ Local Position
Location: Town shop, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off; 12-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and Automated Tool Control (ATC) systems.
- Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work site.
- Follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies.
- Support ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 procedures and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure work is completed on time, with professionalism, punctuality and customer requirements and service standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a courteous and respectful approach in all work situations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Report any damage or maintenance needs to the ATC Technician or supervisor.
What does Acden need from me?
- Grade 12 or an equivalent high school diploma is required.
- One year of general labourer experience, preferably in an industrial shop setting, is required.
- Knowledge of the client (Snap-On) tools and parts is required.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is required.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
- Adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, is required.
- Comfortable with confidentiality and compliance procedures.
- Capable of staying calm and responsive in emergency situations.
What are the "nice to haves"?
- Familiarity with Snap-On tools and equipment.
- Prior experience working with Automated Tool Control systems.
- Previous ISO environment experience.
