Position/Term: Temporary, Local Position (Non-Camp/Non-FIFO)
Location: Acden Headquarters, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; Monday - Friday; 8-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
- Assisting with monthly safety statistics and review of business units hazard identification spread sheets.
- Assisting with data entry to online incident management database.
- Aiding in updating and monitoring training and development database.
- Assisting with facilitating employee internal computer-based learnings (CBLs), and preparing cards/certificates.
- Assisting with organizing course materials for scheduled courses.
- Providing relief coverage for front reception area when required.
What does Acden need from me?
- Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary program, HSEQ or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Must demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to handle shifting and conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
What are the "nice to haves"?
- Alberta Class 5 driver's license is an asset.
