Position/Term: Permanent/ Local Position (Non-Camp/Non-FIFO)
Location: Saprae Creek Facility, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; 10-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
- Oversee and schedule fleet maintenance in collaboration with Acden Mechanical Service Advisors, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Manage daily service operations, either directly or through team involvement, to ensure smooth execution
- Review and interpret customer contracts to meet client needs, stay within budget, and ensure compliance with expectations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly address client inquiries or issues
- Ensure operator documentation complies with company, client, and regulatory standards
- Optimize load management to fulfill client needs and schedules effectively
- Collaborate with team members to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Build and nurture strong client relationships for ongoing service delivery
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives for both clients and the company
- Handle service requests efficiently, create operator route sheets, and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete
- Update client profiles in Trux and Salesforce and notify accounting of any changes
- Follow up on quotes and input information into Salesforce as necessary
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain customer contracts and ensure all requirements are fulfilled while focusing on safety and injury-free work standards
What does Acden need from me?
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in dispatching is required, preferably in waste management or transportation industries
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service is required
- Proficiency in dispatching software and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Required to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality while adhering to regulations.
- Strong commitment to promoting safety and ensuring a hazard-free, injury-free work environment
What are the "nice to haves":
- A Class 3 driver's license is an asset
- 4 or more years of dispatching experience, preferably in waste management or transportation
- Experience with TRUX, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 is an asset
- Excellent customer interaction and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse workforce
- Experience in load coordination and maximizing efficiency is an asset
- Proven success in fast-paced environments is an asset
