Position: Permanent/ Local Position
Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; 8-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
- Expertly handle a range of equipment, such as pressure washers, overhead cranes, internal bundle cleaners (IBC), bundle blasters, lancing equipment, high-pressure pumps, and ultrasonic vessels.
- Moving critical plant parts, components, equipment, and materials using forklifts and overhead cranes equipped with rigging equipment
- Utilize high-pressure equipment and portable pressure washers to clean heat exchangers and components meticulously.
- Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance tasks on various equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.
What does Acden need from me?
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Valid Alberta Forklift Ticket with minimum 1-year operating experience is required.
- Valid Alberta Overhead Crane and Rigging Ticket with minimum 1-year operating experience is required.
- If selected for an interview, a copy of a 5- year driver’s abstract is required.
- Successfully obtaining clearance on mandatory pre-employment drug, alcohol, hearing, and physical abilities testing is required.
What are the "nice to haves"?
- Previous ultrasonic or wash bay experience is considered an asset.
- Experience working with High Pressure Water Blasting equipment is considered an asset.
- Experience handling and utilizing cleaning solutions is considered an asset.
- Experience in an industrial position is an asset.
- Ability to read and write with excellent comprehension skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles.
