Position Title: Temporary Operations Supervisor
Role Type: Temporary Local Position (Non-Camp/Non-FIFO)
Temp Term Dates: temporary to October 31, 2026
Location: Syncrude, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off; 10-hour shifts

What I will be doing?
Ensure all employees are fit for duty.
Task Foreman/Foreperson with daily responsibilities and duties as required.
Observe truck operator’s conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Conduct worksite observations with employees.
Communicate with Acden Environment LP. clients and review all services for continuous improvements.
Attend administrative and sensitive needs of employees as required.
Reporting as required.
Dispatching duties.
Operator scheduling duties.
Payroll entry and data submissions.
Weekly near-miss reporting.
Managing equipment servicing.
Auditing bin inventories.
Completing Workforce hours reports.
What does Acden need from me?
Previous supervisory experience is required
Minimum Class Three (3) licence is required, or an expected completion of a Class Three licence by a specific date, set forth by senior manager.
Clean Drivers Abstract is required
Must have access to all Acden client sites as required by the position
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
Valid OSSA Oil Sands, CSTS-09 or OSSA BSO or CSO Certificate

Previous professional driving experience is considered a strong asset
