Position: Permanent/Camp/FIFO
Location: Firebag, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off; 12-hour day shifts

What will I be doing?
Office and Field Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
Leadership & Supervision: Lead and manage teams, delegating tasks to Foremen/Forepersons, and fostering a positive work environment.
Worksite Observations: Conduct regular safety and operational observations, addressing employee needs and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Safety & Incident Management: Ensure all employees are fit for duty, respond to incidents, report injuries, and investigate near-misses and hazards.
Tracking & Administration: Handle reporting, tracking, and daily administrative duties related to operations.
Client & Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
Employee Development: Lead training initiatives, set goals, and support ongoing employee development and performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and all applicable laws to maintain a compliant workplace.
What does Acden need from me?
Minimum Class Five (5) Driver's License is required with the ability to obtain a Class Three (3) License with airbrake endorsement by a specific date, set forth by the manager.
Three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership role in a relevant industry is required.
Valid Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or equivalent safety certification is required.
Ability to successfully complete a driver’s evaluation in Fort McMurray, Alberta is required.
Experience with Microsoft applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Eligibility to work on all client sites is required.
What are the "nice to haves"?
Valid Class Three (3) Driver's License (with Airbrakes endorsement) is an asset.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, and resolve issues promptly is preferred.
Three (3) years of professional driving experience is preferred.
