Position: Permanent- Local Position (Non-Camp/Non-FIFO)
Location: Acden Headquarters, Taiganova Crescent, Fort McMurray, Alberta
Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; 8-hour day shifts

What I will be doing?
Ensure excellent client care and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong client relationships, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct on-site meetings, participate in contract negotiations, and oversee new client installations.
Manage division leaders, offering guidance and mentorship.
Conduct weekly meetings to review budgets, safety, training, and equipment utilization.
Maintain high team morale and ensure effective personnel management.
Oversee daily operations for efficiency and profitability.
Approve reports, budgets, and purchase orders to maintain financial control.
Drive process improvements, manage hiring and training, and ensure equipment upkeep.
Support business development, participate in bidding processes, and track KPIs for performance monitoring.
Represent the company at industry events and client presentations.
Stay updated on regulations, technologies, and safety standards.
Enforce company policies and business processes to maintain compliance.
What does Acden need from me?
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role involving High Pressure Water-Blasting and Ultrasonic technology within the oil and gas industry
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Hands-on experience with Ultrasonic and High-Pressure Water -Blasting equipment and processes
Strong administrative abilities with a working knowledge of basic accounting functions
Ability to read and interpret financial statements, indicators, and success measures
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and strategic approach
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with information systems
Outstanding judgment, long-term vision, and decision-making ability
Ability to perform all duties, including operating a motor vehicle, walking, bending, and carrying materials up to 30 lbs.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards
What are the "nice to haves"?
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or Project Management Certificate is preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or previous training/implementation experience is preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a common vision are preferred
Experience in management and supervision, project management, coordination, budget preparation, contract negotiations, and community/employee relations is preferred
Working and maintenance knowledge/experience with ultrasonic and high-pressure equipment is an asset
Understanding of Acden Tech Sonic’s business lines and knowledge of how new technologies/processes can enhance services is an asset
