As a Workshop Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in industrial high-pressure cleaning services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the facility team in establishing client service levels, performance standards, accuracy and productivity.
- Provide clients and partners with accurate work estimates (RFI/RFQ/RFP packages) while maximizing through-put.
- Responsible for the day-to-day work schedules, including sign offs on all weekly production work reports and employee timesheets.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate operational performance using a variety of tracking and trending tools.
- Manage and maintain all facility maintenance, repairs, upgrades including contractors who perform the necessary work as per the lease agreement and governing codes/standards.
- Manage/develop employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and monitoring personnel to sustain a high level of morale.
Required Skill Set:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisor position within the industrial high-pressure cleaning industry.
- Operations and maintenance knowledge/experience with all industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment is required.
Spotlight on Standout Criteria:
- Experience with Ultrasonic processes is an asset.
- Working knowledge and experience in facility operations and maintenance is an asset.
- Must be respectful, professional, honest, self-driven, ethical, and capable of exercising discretion.
- Must possess strong Interpersonal skills, including customer interactions, team player skills, and the capacity to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
- Must have flexibility and excellent time management skills to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
